Rules governing your use of the Varuo website, Discord bot and verification services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Varuo website, available at https://varuo.xyz , or by using the Varuo Discord bot and verification services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Varuo provides tools designed to connect Discord and Roblox accounts and assist Discord server administrators with account verification.

Depending on the configuration of the Service, Varuo may provide:

Discord OAuth authentication;
Roblox account verification;
Discord and Roblox account linking;
automatic Discord role assignment;
username or display-name synchronization;
verification management;
Discord server configuration.

3. Discord and Roblox

Varuo is an independent third-party service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Varuo is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored or officially affiliated with Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

Discord and Roblox are separate services and their own terms, policies and rules continue to apply when you use them.

4. Discord OAuth

Varuo may use Discord OAuth to authenticate users without requiring them to provide their Discord password to Varuo.

When you authorize Varuo through Discord, Discord may provide information permitted by the OAuth scopes requested by the application.

You are responsible for reviewing the authorization screen and the permissions granted to the Varuo application.

You must not attempt to obtain, steal, expose, reuse or manipulate another person's Discord OAuth credentials or tokens.

5. Roblox Verification

You may only link a Roblox account that you own or are explicitly authorized to use.

You must not attempt to falsely verify another person's Roblox account or manipulate the verification process.

You must not intentionally exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or implementation errors to bypass verification.

6. User Responsibilities

When using Varuo, you agree to:

provide accurate information when required;
use only accounts you are authorized to use;
keep your Discord and Roblox accounts secure;
comply with applicable laws;
comply with Discord and Roblox rules;
use Varuo only for legitimate purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Varuo to:

perform illegal activities;
commit fraud or impersonation;
obtain unauthorized access to accounts;
steal or expose passwords, cookies or tokens;
distribute malware;
attack Varuo infrastructure;
perform denial-of-service attacks;
bypass authentication or security controls;
circumvent rate limits;
perform SQL injection or other malicious attacks;
manipulate verification results;
abuse, harass or threaten other users;
use Varuo to violate Discord or Roblox policies.

8. Security and Vulnerabilities

If you discover a security vulnerability affecting Varuo, you should report it through the official Varuo support channels.

You must not use a vulnerability to access information, accounts, databases, tokens or systems that you are not authorized to access.

Security testing must not intentionally damage the Service or affect other users.

9. Discord Server Administrators

Discord server administrators are responsible for how Varuo is configured on their servers.

Administrators should carefully review the permissions granted to Varuo and configure roles, channels and verification settings appropriately.

Administrators are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and Discord's rules.

10. Rate Limits and Abuse Prevention

Varuo may use technical measures such as rate limits, IP restrictions, authentication controls and abuse-prevention systems.

Attempting to circumvent or disable these protections is prohibited.

11. Availability

Varuo is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure or free of errors.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, network problems, security incidents, hosting problems or changes to third-party services.

12. Third-Party Services

Varuo may depend on third-party services, including Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, databases, CDNs, security services and APIs.

Varuo does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, functionality or compatibility.

Changes to Discord or Roblox APIs may cause some Varuo functionality to stop working or require modification.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, suspend or replace features of Varuo at any time.

This may include changes to authentication, verification methods, APIs, rate limits, bot functionality and website functionality.

14. Suspension and Termination

Varuo may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

violation of these Terms;
fraudulent activity;
abuse of the Service;
security threats;
attempts to bypass security controls;
legal requirements;
actions that could harm Varuo or its users.

Where necessary to protect the Service, suspension may occur without prior notice.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Varuo website, branding, original design, software, documentation and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Varuo.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit proprietary Varuo materials without appropriate authorization.

16. User Content and Data

Varuo may process information submitted or generated through the verification process solely to provide the functionality of the Service and for purposes described in our Privacy Policy .

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorization to submit information through the Service.

17. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Varuo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that account verification will always be successful or that the Service will remain compatible with every version of Discord or Roblox.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Varuo and its operators shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

This may include loss of data, incorrect Discord configuration, incorrect role assignment, third-party outages, account-linking problems or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Privacy

Your use of Varuo is also governed by our Privacy Policy .

The Privacy Policy explains how Varuo may process information including Discord information, Roblox information, IP addresses, cookies, PHP sessions and server logs.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service, technology, integrations, security practices or legal requirements change.

The latest revision date is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of Varuo after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
